We offer a variety of vendors to fit all your needs from helmets to leather to patches to clothing to pin striping to LED's and so much more!
Information for Vendors Only
Show hours: Friday 11 am - 11 pm; Saturday 9 am - 11 pm; Sunday 8 am - 3 pm
ALL Vendors MUST Check-in on Thursday from 10 am - 5 pm
You can continue setting up past 5 pm as long as you check in by 5 pm and you can finish on Friday morning but you MUST be there on Thursday before 5 pm to check in.
Teardown: Only after 3 pm on Sunday and on Monday 8 am - 2 pm
Space size and price: All spaces are 20' deep with 10' behind your space for parking. Power is included. Please see the Q&A page for more info.

Items prohibited for sale: NO items with the event name or logo, pornographic material, alcohol, firearms or fireworks can be sold. Vendors cannot have games of chance to win a prize without pre-approval.
Vendors cannot enter the bike games or bike show.
Food Vendors: The county does require a permit in advance. Haywood County Health Department: ONCE APPROVED BY US call them at 828-452-6682
